Bohemia Kitchen Tour Evening

If you have ever wanted to see what makes Bohemia’s kitchen the special place it is, then this is the evening for you!

Arrive in Bohemia and be welcomed by a glass of Champagne or a Lanique cocktail before you follow the red carpet tour around the kitchen, where you will get to meet the team and hear about the different sections where the food is prepared and what goes into making the dishes that have won praise from around the world. 

You will also be offered canapes at each section to enjoy, as well as passing a white wine and then a red wine station on your tour to enhance the canapes and fun of the tour. The tour lasts about 30 minutes, including time in the restaurant at the end, where you'll learn about our Big Bottle cellar and cheese from Bordier.

Tour of Bohemia Kitchen, Wine Tasting & Canapes

Join us in Bohemia Bar for a glass of wine before being led on a tour of Bohemia’s Michelin Star kitchen. Here, you will enjoy a selection of fantastic canapés and further wines will be served as you learn the best way to taste your wines and explore the subtle flavours and notes they offer. A selection of 3 red and 3 white wines will show the broad spectrum different grape varietals can create.

Available Tuesday through Saturday to begin at 5:00pm.

Chef’s Tour of Jersey Market & Bohemia Lunch 

Explore the markets of St Helier and see Jersey's amazing produce in this exclusive tour with one of Bohemia’s kitchen brigade. Starting at Bohemia restaurant, your guide will take you on a tour of the Central Market and the fish market. Learn about the fantastic produce on our amazing island and sample different goodies along the way. Meet some of Bohemia’s suppliers and see their excellent fresh offerings. On the way back, you will stop off at local wine merchant Dunell’s to sample their Jersey Pink Granite gin as an aperitif before heading back to Bohemia for a 3-course lunch.

Available on Thursday and Friday. The tour starts at 10:30 am and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Lunch can be taken at your leisure from 12 pm.

£119.00 per person, minimum of two people.

Foraging Tour & Bohemia Tasting Lunch or Dinner

Guests will be whisked away by a local transfer to Jersey’s wild east or west coast; choose from either an inland or coastal foraging experience with a renowned local guide, who will take you through the abundance of produce available in Jersey, either foraging for herbs and mushrooms inland or for seaweeds and shellfish with a coastline tour of one of our breath-taking Jersey bays. Once your forage has come to an end, your transfer will be waiting to take you and your goodies back to Michelin-starred Bohemia Restaurant, where your ingredients will be incorporated into a delicious 6-course Tasting Menu.

Tours are available to begin at either 10:00-12:00 or 11:00-13:00 followed by lunch, or 16:00-18:00 or 17:00-19:00 followed by dinner. Transfers will be scheduled for 30 minutes prior to your foraging time.
