Taste Jersey 2023 will see the launch of several new dining events and experiences to impress even the most discerning foodie.

Calling all foodies! Join us on 19th March for an evening of fabulous food at Meet the Chefs, our Taste Jersey signature event. Enjoy mouthwatering and expertly crafted canapés served by some of Jersey's leading chefs, meet other foodies, and savour a welcome glass of Taittinger champagne.

Guests are invited to an elegant evening celebrating the finest Jersey produce, as Ocean Restaurant collaborates with La Mare Wine Estate for a specially curated dinner. Showcasing exceptional local ingredients paired with distinctive island drinks, the experience promises a refined journey through Jersey’s rich culinary landscape.
Founded 800 years ago with roots in the same history as our local jurats, the Jurade was revived in 1948 and preserves the memory of Saint-Émilion wines and promotes them all over the world. The dinner will be attended by five jurats who are owners and winemakers from the Saint-Emilion region and will showcase nine leading wines from the Saint-Emilion, paired with an exceptional five-course menu created by the team at Bohemia.

Embark on a culinary adventure with The Atlantic Hotel Executive Chef, Will Holland, in an exclusive Jersey Lobster Tortellini Workshop and Lunch. This unique experience is perfect for food lovers of all skill levels, offering a blend of hands-on cooking and gourmet dining that will leave a lasting impression.

Explore the markets of St Helier and see Jersey's amazing produce in this exclusive tour with one of Bohemia’s kitchen brigade. Starting at Bohemia restaurant, your guide will take you on a tour of the Central Market and the fish market. Learn about the fantastic produce on our amazing island and sample different goodies along the way. Meet some of Bohemia’s suppliers and see their excellent fresh offerings. On the way back, you will stop off at local wine merchant Dunell’s to sample their Jersey Pink Granite gin as an aperitif before heading back to Bohemia for a 3-course lunch.
Available on Thursday and Friday. The tour starts at 10:30 am and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Lunch can be taken at your leisure from 12 pm.

Guests will be whisked away by a local transfer to Jersey’s wild east or west coast; choose from either an inland or coastal foraging experience with a renowned local guide, who will take you through the abundance of produce available in Jersey, either foraging for herbs and mushrooms inland or for seaweeds and shellfish with a coastline tour of one of our breath-taking Jersey bays. Once your forage has come to an end, your transfer will be waiting to take you and your goodies back to Michelin-starred Bohemia Restaurant, where your ingredients will be incorporated into a delicious 6-course Tasting Menu.
