Taste Jersey 2023 will see the launch of several new dining events and experiences to impress even the most discerning foodie.

A destination in its own right, the dining room overlooking the beautiful bay of St Brelade's complements the very high standard of cuisine and service. The Head Chef always makes use of the plentiful local supply of fresh seafood and vegetables.
An à la Carte menu is available for both lunch and dinner. Experience an array of sumptuous delights that will leave your taste buds dancing with delight.
The lunchtime Table d'Hote is an ever-popular favourite, as is the delicious Sunday lunch.
